Description

This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Nigeria and Uganda scheduled for October 25 2026 at 8:50 AM ET in ICC Men's T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier C. The outcome corresponding to Nigeria will be considered correct if Nigeria is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Uganda will be considered correct if Uganda is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Frequently asked questions

This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the toss—which team wins the toss—as declared by the tournament organizers. The market will then settle to 100% probability for the winning team’s outcome. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome will receive a payout equivalent to their shareholding, while those holding shares in losing outcomes will forfeit their investment. It’s important to monitor news sources for the official announcement to understand the resolution.

Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding team form, potential weather conditions affecting the toss, or even shifts in public sentiment could cause traders to adjust their positions. Unexpected announcements about player availability or changes to the playing conditions could also have a significant impact. Furthermore, large trades by influential participants on Polymarket could create short-term price fluctuations. Monitoring sports news and social media for any relevant updates is crucial for understanding potential catalysts that might move this market before Nov 1, 2026.
