This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Qatar and Kuwait scheduled for October 22 2026 at 2:30 AM ET in ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League A. The outcome corresponding to Qatar will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Qatar. The outcome corresponding to Kuwait will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Kuwait. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and need to account for profit margins, while this market allows traders to express their own independent assessments. If a significant discrepancy exists between the implied probability on Polymarket and sportsbook odds, it may indicate that the market believes the sportsbook has mispriced a particular outcome or that new information hasn't been fully incorporated into the sportsbook's lines. It’s a useful comparison for informed decision-making.
This market resolves around Oct 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on which team’s batter scores the most runs in the Qatar vs Kuwait cricket match. The official match results, as reported by recognized cricket authorities, will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome. It’s important to note that the resolution process relies on publicly available and verifiable information to ensure a fair and accurate outcome for this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather forecasts impacting playing conditions could all cause significant movement. Unexpected performances by key players in prior matches or shifts in expert analysis could also sway market sentiment. Furthermore, large trading volume from informed participants could signal new information or a change in perceived probabilities, potentially leading to noticeable price adjustments before the Oct 29, 2026 resolution of this market.
