This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Denmark and Papua New Guinea scheduled for October 25 2026 at 2:30 AM ET in ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League A. The outcome corresponding to Denmark will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Denmark. The outcome corresponding to Papua New Guinea will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Papua New Guinea. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular team, the price increases, reflecting a higher perceived chance of success. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined entirely by supply and demand, driven by the collective insights and predictions of the traders participating on the platform.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will depend on official match results determining which team’s batter scored the most runs during the Denmark vs Papua New Guinea cricket match. The outcome will be based on the official scorecard and verified against widely available sources. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries or changes in team lineups for either Denmark or Papua New Guinea would likely cause shifts in the odds. Weather forecasts predicting unfavorable conditions for batting could also impact the market, as could updates on pitch conditions. Unexpected announcements about player form or strategic changes could also move the market, as traders adjust their predictions based on new information.
