Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their odds based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market is driven by the collective predictions of many individuals. It's common to see differences, especially when public sentiment strongly deviates from the sportsbook's initial assessment. These discrepancies can present opportunities for informed traders who can identify mispricings between the two. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities of an outcome, and neither is guaranteed to be accurate.

This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team scores the first goal in the second half of the Hull City vs. Ipswich match. The resolution will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. The market will then be settled, and winning shares will be redeemable for the corresponding payout based on the final outcome.
