On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a growing consensus that it is more likely to happen. Conversely, increased selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants.
This market resolves around Oct 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Hrytsenko vs. Maksiuta match, as determined by the governing sporting body. The platform will then verify the outcome against these sources to determine which outcome will be declared the winner. Traders who correctly predicted the result will be entitled to a payout based on the final market prices at the time of resolution.
