Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, factoring in a 'vig' or commission. This market, however, reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying levels of public interest. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster than sportsbooks in response to new information, as they are driven by a more diverse and engaged group of participants.

As more traders participate, the market price adjusts to reflect the aggregated sentiment.
