Description

This set of markets tracks the point differential between Houston and Dallas specifically during the third quarter of their scheduled basketball game. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of points by which either team must win that quarter to settle the outcome.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based solely on the point difference between Houston and Dallas during the third quarter of the game scheduled for October 30, 2026, and exclude any overtime periods. Each market has a specific threshold: if Dallas wins the third quarter by more than a designated number of points (ranging from 1.5 to 10.5), that corresponding market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Houston wins the third quarter by more than a designated number of points (ranging from 1.5 to 13.5), that market resolves to Yes. No consideration is given to the final game result, only the third-quarter performance. The markets are independent, meaning each threshold is evaluated separately, and only the market matching the exact point differential threshold is resolved accordingly.
