This market refers to the Honor of Kings match between JD Gaming and EDward Gaming in the King Pro League Grand Finals Group Stage, initially scheduled for October 3, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "JD Gaming" if JD Gaming win the match against EDward Gaming. This market will resolve to "EDward Gaming" if EDward Gaming win the match against JD Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 3, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/honorofkings/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. This is because prediction markets allow anyone to participate and express their beliefs, potentially incorporating a wider range of information and analysis than a sportsbook’s modeling. While sportsbooks set initial lines based on statistical models and expert opinions, this market aggregates the wisdom of the crowd. Discrepancies can arise due to differing opinions on team form, player performance, or even external factors influencing the outcome of the King Pro League Grand Finals.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the price adjusts to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market remains responsive to changing conditions and provides a real-time assessment of the potential results of the King Pro League Grand Finals.
This market resolves around Oct 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning team, as declared by the tournament organizers, will determine the settlement of this market. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how their positions will be settled.
Several factors could significantly impact this market before the King Pro League Grand Finals conclude. Unexpected announcements regarding player health or team strategy could shift expectations. In-game performance during the series itself, such as a dominant early victory by one team, would likely cause rapid price adjustments. Analyst opinions and pre-match predictions, if they deviate significantly from the current market consensus, could also influence trading activity. Any news related to potential rule changes or controversies surrounding the teams involved could also move the market.
