This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Oman and Afghanistan scheduled for October 30 2026 at 8:45 PM ET in Hong Kong Sixes. The outcome corresponding to Oman will be considered correct if Oman is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Afghanistan will be considered correct if Afghanistan is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing each possible outcome of the toss. The price of these shares directly reflects the market’s implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices will adjust accordingly, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event’s likelihood. The current price indicates what traders collectively believe is the chance of each outcome happening.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the toss for the Hong Kong Sixes match between Oman and Afghanistan. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome will be declared the winner. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market prices at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding team form, player availability, or even weather conditions could impact traders’ perceptions of the toss outcome. Unexpected announcements related to the match schedule or venue could also cause shifts in the odds. Furthermore, large trading volume from informed traders could signal new information or a change in sentiment, leading to price fluctuations. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of each outcome has the potential to move this market.
