On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a contract fluctuates based on supply and demand. As more traders buy contracts for a particular team, the price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability of that team winning. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust expectations as the event approaches. The current trading volume indicates the level of interest in this particular matchup.
This market resolves around Nov 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of Map 2 in the Heroic versus B8 CS2 match. The winning team of Map 2 will be determined by the game's official results, as reported by the tournament organizers. The platform will then verify this information and settle the market accordingly, distributing payouts to those who correctly predicted the winner.
Several factors could influence this market leading up to resolution. Unexpected news regarding player form, such as a key player being benched or experiencing illness, could significantly shift the odds. In-game performance during earlier matches in the series, or even during the warm-up phase, could also impact trader sentiment. Major strategic announcements from either team, or any controversies surrounding the match, could also lead to price movements. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of each team's chances of winning Map 2 has the potential to move this market.
