Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market's prices are driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant number of people believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic process ensures that the market prices reflect the collective intelligence of all participants, and the total value of all shares adds up to 100%.

This market resolves around Oct 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final result of the Hapoel Jerusalem vs. Maccabi Haifa match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score at the end of regulation time will determine the winning outcome. Any extra time or penalty shootouts will not be considered for resolution. Traders who hold shares in the correct exact score will receive a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution, while those holding shares in incorrect outcomes will forfeit their investment.
