The resolution considers only goals scored during the standard 90 minutes of play plus any stoppage (injury) time added by the referee, and explicitly excludes goals from extra time or penalty shootouts. If the cumulative goals meet or surpass the threshold for a given market, that market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'.
