Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and need to account for profit margins, while this market is driven purely by trader predictions. If a significant number of people believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price of shares representing that outcome will rise, potentially offering better value than available elsewhere. It's common to see discrepancies, especially when public opinion diverges from expert analysis.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Any disputes regarding the official result will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures, ensuring a fair and transparent outcome for all participants in this market.
