If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the likely outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a particular score is more probable than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. It's common to see discrepancies, especially as new information becomes available or public sentiment changes. Keep in mind that these represent different approaches to forecasting.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market’s implied probability of that score occurring. As more shares are traded, the prices adjust to find an equilibrium where buyers and sellers agree. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand, meaning that if many traders believe a specific score is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants.
This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Grasshopper Club Zurich versus FC Vaduz match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the official result as reported by a recognized sports data provider. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will be paid out according to the market’s payout structure at the time of resolution. It’s important to monitor the official sources for the match result as the resolution date approaches.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced by either Grasshopper or Vaduz could shift expectations and impact the odds. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role. Furthermore, general shifts in public sentiment, driven by pre-match analysis or commentary, can influence trading volume and price movements on Polymarket. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding how this market evolves leading up to the final whistle.
