Often, prediction market odds can differ from those found at traditional sportsbooks. This is because prediction markets aggregate the wisdom of the crowd, representing a broader range of opinions and information than a sportsbook's internal modeling. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own analysis and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market reflects the collective belief of participants willing to put their capital at risk. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the event's likely outcome.
