In the upcoming La Liga 2 game between Girona FC and FC Andorra, scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Girona FC vs. FC Andorra match originally scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially as the event approaches. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates diverse opinions. However, initial sportsbook lines often influence early trading in this market. It's common to see prediction market probabilities converge towards sportsbook probabilities, though differences can persist, particularly for less mainstream outcomes or when significant information asymmetry exists. Comparing these can be a useful exercise for informed forecasting.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Girona FC versus FC Andorra match, as officially recorded by sporting authorities, will determine the winning contract. Any disputes regarding the official score will be addressed using publicly available and widely accepted sources of information. The resolution will be based on the final result at the end of regulation time, excluding any extra time or penalty shootouts.
Several factors could influence this market's movement. Unexpected injuries to key players on either Girona FC or FC Andorra would likely cause shifts in probabilities. News regarding team formations, tactical changes, or even weather conditions could also impact trading activity. Significant public sentiment shifts, perhaps driven by expert analysis or media coverage, might also play a role. Finally, any late-breaking news related to player availability or match circumstances could lead to substantial price adjustments in this market before Oct 18, 2026.
