In the upcoming Serie A game between Genoa CFC and ACF Fiorentina, scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Genoa CFC vs. ACF Fiorentina match originally scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, particularly as the event approaches. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates the diverse perspectives of informed traders. However, initial sportsbook lines can sometimes offer value, and discrepancies can emerge due to differing levels of information and market efficiency. It's common to see this market adjust rapidly to new information, potentially surpassing sportsbook accuracy as the match date nears.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of traders about the probability of that score occurring. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Higher demand for a particular score drives up its price, while increased selling pressure lowers it. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the odds continuously adapt to new information and changing sentiment among participants.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the Genoa CFC versus ACF Fiorentina match will be used to determine the winning contract. The resolution will be based on the score reported by official sources, ensuring a transparent and verifiable result. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final score and their positions in this market.
Several factors could significantly influence this market. Any news regarding injuries to key players on either Genoa or Fiorentina would likely cause shifts in the odds. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could also impact trader sentiment. Unexpected news about player suspensions or changes in the starting lineups are also likely to move the market. As the match approaches, increased media coverage and expert analysis may further refine the probabilities reflected in this market.
