Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their money behind their beliefs. Therefore, you may find discrepancies between the implied probability on Limitless and the odds offered by sportsbooks for the same event. These differences can arise from varying information, analytical approaches, or simply differing opinions about the teams' capabilities.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether both Fulham and Hull City will score. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, with higher prices indicating a greater perceived probability of both teams scoring. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are constantly adjusting their positions, leading to dynamic price changes that reflect the latest information and sentiment. The current price represents the market's aggregated assessment of the likelihood of this outcome.

This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on whether both Fulham and Hull City score at least one goal during the match. Official match data will be used to determine if both teams have found the net, and the market will settle accordingly. The final result will reflect the actual goals scored by each team during the regulated playing time, excluding any potential extra time or penalty shootouts.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before it resolves. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Fulham or Hull City would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions could also shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about team lineups shortly before the match, or even significant pre-match analysis from reputable sources, could all contribute to price movements. Any information that alters the perceived likelihood of goals being scored by either team has the potential to move this market.
