The market resolves based on the first half scoring outcome of the Fresno State vs Texas State college football game scheduled for November 14, 2026. If either team leads at the end of the first half, the corresponding market (Texas State or Fresno State) resolves to Yes. If the teams are tied at halftime, the Tie market resolves to Yes. For postponements, if the game starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains open and resolves based on the actual first half result. If the game does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, the market resolves to a fair price. Only points scored during the official first half count toward resolution, and Kalshi disclaims any affiliation with the governing league or ownership of related trademarks.
