In the upcoming Norway Eliteserien game between Fredrikstad FK and Rosenborg BK, scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Fredrikstad FK vs. Rosenborg BK match originally scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of bettors, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on their own models and risk management, while this market is driven by individuals freely trading based on their own analysis. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Comparing the odds can be a useful exercise for informed bettors, but remember that each represents a different way of assessing the likelihood of various outcomes.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to reflect the changing beliefs of the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This means that the odds you see are a real-time representation of what traders are willing to pay for a particular result in the Fredrikstad vs. Rosenborg match, rather than being set by a bookmaker.
This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Fredrikstad FK versus Rosenborg BK match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football authorities. It’s important to note that the outcome will be determined by the actual event result, not by any pre-match predictions or analyses, and will be publicly available after the match concludes.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, suspensions, or changes in team tactics for either Fredrikstad FK or Rosenborg BK could significantly shift the odds. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-game commentary from respected football analysts, might also lead to increased trading volume and price fluctuations. Major shifts in public sentiment, reflected in polls or social media discussions, could also contribute to movements in this market as traders react to new information and adjust their predictions.
