Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, often differing from those initially set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish lines to balance betting action and ensure profitability, while this market represents the aggregated beliefs of informed traders. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the price fluctuates, providing a dynamic assessment of the event’s potential results. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand within Polymarket and is not influenced by external factors or opinions.
