On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of a specific outcome. As more people buy shares in an outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived likelihood. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to its implied probability; a share priced at 60 means there's a 60% chance of that outcome occurring, according to the traders on Polymarket. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the latest collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Oct 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Fokin vs. Salivonchyk match, as reported by recognized sports authorities.
