• CBF publication delay: If CBF does not publish official statistics within 2 hours after match conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting sources may be used as fallback
• Extra time and penalties: These are explicitly excluded; only the 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time counts for resolution
