Description

These markets track the total number of goals scored by both teams during the second period of an NHL game between Florida and Los Angeles. Each market has a different threshold for the goal count, determining whether the outcome is 'Yes' or 'No'. The resolution depends on the official game result, with specific rules for postponements or cancellations.

Kalshi

The markets resolve based on whether the combined number of goals scored by both teams in the second period of the Florida vs Los Angeles NHL game scheduled for October 6, 2026, exceeds specified thresholds (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals). All markets exclusively consider goals scored in the second period, with the third period and overtime excluded from evaluation. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the markets remain open and resolve according to the final official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants regardless of the specific threshold being wagered on.
