The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price movements are driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price and indicating a higher probability. Conversely, if traders believe an outcome is unlikely, they will sell shares, decreasing the price.
This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result – the exact score of the FK Suduva Marijampole versus FK Kauno Zalgiris match – will be used to determine which shares pay out. The platform will verify the outcome against official match data to ensure accuracy. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will receive a payout based on the market's pricing at the time of resolution, while shares in incorrect outcomes will be worth nothing.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff could significantly shift expectations. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also impact the game's outcome and, consequently, market prices. Furthermore, the performance of the teams in their preceding matches, tactical adjustments, and even public sentiment expressed through social media or sports news outlets can all contribute to price movements in this market. A surprising result in a related match could also cause traders to reassess their probabilities.
