All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook has mispriced an outcome, they can express that view by trading on Polymarket, driving the odds closer to their collective assessment. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams' strengths. It’s important to compare both to gain a well-rounded perspective.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Ferroviaria vs. Maringa match, as officially recorded by the governing soccer league, will determine the winning outcome. The market will settle to 100% for the correct exact score and 0% for all other possibilities. Several factors could influence this market before resolution. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Ferroviaria or Maringa would likely cause significant price movement. Changes in team form, such as a surprising win or loss in a recent match, could also shift trader sentiment. Weather conditions on match day could also play a role, potentially affecting the style of play and the final score. Unexpected tactical decisions by the coaches, or even in-game events like red cards, could all contribute to fluctuations in the market price as traders react to new information.
