In the upcoming UEFA Europa League game between Ferencvárosi TC and FC Viktoria Plzeň, scheduled for October 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Ferencvárosi TC vs. FC Viktoria Plzeň match originally scheduled for October 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbook odds are typically set by a small team of experts, while this market aggregates opinions from many individuals. It's common to see discrepancies between the two, especially before a significant amount of trading occurs. Comparing the implied probabilities from both sources can be a useful exercise for informed decision-making, though this market represents a unique forecast based on trader sentiment.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores for the Ferencváros vs. Plzeň match, and the price of each share reflects the market’s assessment of that outcome’s probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe an exact score is likely, the higher its share price will climb. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment. Volume plays a key role in price discovery, as higher volume generally indicates greater confidence in the price.
This market resolves around Oct 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Ferencváros vs. Plzeň match, specifically the exact score, will be used to determine which shares pay out. It’s important to note that the resolution will be based on the officially recorded score and not on any preliminary or unofficial reports. Traders should monitor official sources for the confirmed result as this will determine the payout of this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced by either Ferencváros or Plzeň could significantly impact trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators, could also lead to price movements. Furthermore, large trades by influential market participants could create short-term volatility, and general shifts in public opinion about the match's likely outcome will be reflected in the volume and price of shares.
