On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders believe a particular result is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing reflects the collective wisdom of the crowd and provides a real-time assessment of the event’s potential results.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be based on the official second-half result of the FC Seoul versus Gimcheon Sangmu FC match. The platform will verify the outcome against publicly available data sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders who correctly predicted the second-half result will be entitled to a payout based on their shareholding in the winning outcome.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, team form, or tactical changes could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day or even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators could also play a role. Furthermore, significant trading volume from informed participants could indicate new information or a change in expectations, causing the market to react accordingly. Monitoring these signals can help you understand the evolving probabilities within this market.
