In the upcoming Bundesliga game between FC Schalke 04 and RB Leipzig, scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 10:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Schalke 04 vs. RB Leipzig match originally scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 10:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, as they reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders. However, sportsbook odds often set the initial baseline for public perception. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply the mechanics of how each type of market operates. It's common to see this market diverge from sportsbook lines as new information emerges or as traders identify perceived mispricings. Examining these differences can be a valuable strategy for informed forecasting.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact score. The price of each contract reflects the market’s probability assessment of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the aggregated belief. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform does not use any external factors to adjust the pricing; it is purely driven by supply and demand from users trading on Predict. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market remains responsive to new information and changing opinions.

Several factors could significantly influence this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Schalke 04 or RB Leipzig would likely cause shifts in the odds. Unexpected changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also impact predictions. Furthermore, even weather conditions on match day could play a role, especially if they favor one team’s playing style over the other. Finally, significant public sentiment shifts, perhaps driven by expert analysis or widespread fan discussion, could also move this market.
