In the upcoming Denmark Superliga game between FC Nordsjælland and Odense BK, scheduled for October 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Nordsjælland vs. Odense BK match originally scheduled for October 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the likelihood of an exact score. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, it could indicate that the market believes a sportsbook has mispriced the outcome, or that new information hasn't fully been incorporated into sportsbook lines. It's important to compare and contrast to form your own informed opinion.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. The price of a share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus. The market's depth—the number of shares available at different price points—also influences price discovery, indicating the strength of conviction behind each potential result.
This market resolves around Oct 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the FC Nordsjælland vs. Odense BK match, specifically the exact score, will determine the winning outcome in this market. The resolution will be based on the official match data published by the governing football league and widely reported by sports news outlets. Traders will be able to see the verified result and the subsequent payout of their shares at that time.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced by either FC Nordsjælland or Odense BK could significantly impact the perceived probabilities. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators, could also sway market sentiment. Furthermore, large trading volume from informed participants could trigger price movements, reflecting new information or a change in overall market opinion.
