All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from sportsbook odds which may be influenced by factors like house bias or public perception. It's common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Sportsbooks often adjust their lines based on betting action, similar to how traders influence prices in this market, but the underlying motivations and information sources can vary. Comparing the two can offer a broader perspective on the expected outcome.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different possible exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s assessment of the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly, providing a real-time estimate of the likelihood of each outcome. The market is driven by supply and demand; higher demand for a particular score increases its price, while increased selling pressure lowers it.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the FC Felgueiras 1932 vs. Lusitania FC Lourosa match will determine the winning share(s) in this market. Resolution will be based on the exact final score as reported by official sources, and traders will be settled accordingly. It’s important to note that any potential postponements or cancellations will be handled according to the platform’s standard procedures.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff could significantly impact the perceived likelihood of different scores. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators, could also drive price movements. Furthermore, significant betting activity – a large influx of traders buying shares in a specific outcome – will directly affect the price and implied probability of that result.
