In the upcoming Primeira Liga game between FC Famalicão and FC Arouca, scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Famalicão vs. FC Arouca match originally scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to express their beliefs and influence the price. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams’ strengths and weaknesses. It's common to see this market adjust rapidly to new information, potentially surpassing the accuracy of initial sportsbook offerings.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. As more traders believe a particular score is likely, its share price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date collective forecast of the match result, driven by informed participants.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the FC Famalicão vs. FC Arouca match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning exact score. Any changes or corrections to the initial result will be taken into account to ensure accurate settlement. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final share price at resolution.
Several factors could significantly impact this market before the match concludes. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Famalicão or Arouca would likely cause shifts in the odds. Changes in weather forecasts, particularly if they suggest conditions favoring one team’s playing style, could also influence trading activity. Furthermore, any significant tactical announcements from the managers, or even unexpected lineup changes revealed shortly before kickoff, could lead to substantial price movements in this market.
