Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. If there’s a significant difference between the two, it might indicate that the market believes the sportsbook has mispriced the event, or that new information hasn’t yet been fully incorporated into sportsbook lines. Examining these differences can provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about the probability of that scoreline occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly, providing a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likely outcome. The current volume traded indicates the level of interest and confidence in the various potential results.

Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or even weather conditions could shift the perceived probabilities. Unexpected announcements about team strategy or manager decisions could also play a role. Furthermore, significant betting activity or large trades on Polymarket itself can create momentum and influence price movements. Monitoring these signals can help you understand how the market is reacting to new information and potentially identify trading opportunities.
