All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a particular exact score is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will adjust accordingly. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply the collective intelligence of market participants. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform traditional forecasts, especially when there’s a lot of information available.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. The price of each share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective assessment of the event's likelihood. Higher demand for shares of a particular outcome will drive up its price, indicating a greater perceived chance of occurring. The market’s efficiency depends on active participation and the availability of relevant information.
This market resolves around Oct 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result of the FC Eindhoven vs. Vitesse Arnhem match, specifically the exact score, will be used to determine the winning outcome. Resolution relies on widely available and trusted sources to provide an objective record of the event's conclusion. Traders will be able to see the resolution details on Polymarket once the outcome is officially confirmed, and payouts will be distributed accordingly based on their holdings.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions or referee announcements might also play a role. Furthermore, significant betting activity or analysis from football experts could impact the perceived probabilities. A late-breaking development affecting key players on either the FC Eindhoven or Vitesse Arnhem side would likely cause a noticeable movement in this market, as traders reassess the likelihood of different exact scores.
