In the upcoming MLS game between FC Cincinnati and Philadelphia Union, scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the FC Cincinnati vs. Philadelphia Union match originally scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction markets like Predict often provide different probabilities than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to be accurate. If a significant discrepancy exists between the implied probability on Predict and sportsbook odds, it may indicate that the market believes the sportsbook is mispricing the likelihood of a particular outcome. It's a good way to gauge where public sentiment differs from professional oddsmakers.
This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the FC Cincinnati vs. Philadelphia Union match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score reported by official sources will determine the winning contract. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the resolution is finalized on Predict. It’s important to monitor the event closely as it approaches the resolution date to ensure you understand the potential outcomes and their implications for your positions.
Several factors could influence this market before it resolves. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either FC Cincinnati or Philadelphia Union would likely cause significant price movement. Changes in weather forecasts, particularly if they suggest conditions unfavorable for a high-scoring game, could also impact trading activity. Unexpected lineup announcements or tactical shifts revealed before the match could further shift probabilities. Finally, large volume trades on Predict itself can create momentum and drive price changes, even without external news.
