PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Predict utilize identical resolution criteria, focusing on the first goal scored within the standard 90-minute match duration plus stoppage time, with consistent fallback data sources and handling of postponements/cancellations.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with fallback to Flashscore, Sofascore, and credible reporting.

Core resolution logic:

  • The first team to score during the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time determines the winner.
  • If no team scores within the first 90 minutes plus stoppage time, the market resolves to "Neither".
  • Postponed matches will have resolution delayed until completion.
  • Canceled matches (with no makeup game) will resolve to "Neither".

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Data Discrepancies: If discrepancies arise between official statistics and fallback sources, the official statistics take precedence. If official statistics are unavailable within 24 hours, a 50-50 split or 'Draw' (where applicable) will occur.
  • Stoppage Time: Stoppage time added by the referee is included in the 90-minute timeframe for resolution.
Timing: Resolution will occur within 24 hours of the match's conclusion, or as soon as official statistics are available, whichever is later. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours, the market will resolve 50-50 or to 'Draw' where applicable. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
