Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 11, 2026, with identical scope and primary resolution source.
Primary resolution logic:
Official La Liga statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, consensus of credible reporting.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves based on the outcome of the match after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only (no extra time or penalties).
Three mutually exclusive outcomes are possible: Barcelona win (YES on Polymarket Barcelona market and Kalshi Barcelona market), Espanyol win (YES on Polymarket Espanyol market and Kalshi Espanyol market), or draw (YES on Polymarket draw market and Kalshi Tie market).
Exactly one outcome will resolve YES across the outcome-specific markets; the other two resolve NO.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, the draw market resolves YES and the win markets resolve NO.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match scheduled for April 11, 2026 is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is completed on its rescheduled date.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the draw market resolves YES and both win markets resolve NO.
Resolution Source Hierarchy: Primary source is official La Liga statistics from the governing body or event organizers. If official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution uses consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
