Several factors could significantly impact this market. Injuries to key defensive players on contending teams would be a major catalyst, potentially shifting probabilities towards teams with healthier rosters. Unexpected changes in coaching strategies or defensive schemes could also influence performance. Furthermore, the performance of teams in the weeks leading up to Week 7 will likely impact trader sentiment. Any news regarding matchups – for example, a favorable schedule for a particular defense – could also cause shifts in the market. Finally, significant upsets or surprising performances in other NFL games could indirectly affect this market as traders reassess team strengths.
