In the upcoming match between Everton FC and Coventry City FC, scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Everton FC" if Everton FC are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Coventry City FC" if Coventry City FC are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time. First-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Premier League (https://www.premierleague.com/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and need to account for profit margins, while this market is driven purely by traders expressing their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists between this market and sportsbook odds, it could indicate that traders possess information or insights not fully incorporated into the sportsbook’s pricing. It’s a useful comparison point for informed decision-making.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will depend on which team, if either, scores the first goal in the second half of the Everton FC versus Coventry City FC match. The official match records will be used to determine the winning outcome. Traders will be able to claim their winnings after the result is officially confirmed and reported.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Everton FC or Coventry City FC would likely cause significant shifts in the odds. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could also impact trader sentiment. Any significant pre-match analysis from reputable football analysts could also move this market, as traders react to new information and adjust their predictions.
