Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on models and internal analysis, while this market aggregates the views of many individuals. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Comparing the two can reveal where the crowd believes there's value, or where sportsbooks may be over or underestimating a particular outcome. Analyzing these differences can be a valuable exercise for informed bettors.
