In the upcoming UEFA Women's World Cup Qualification game between England and Greece, scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 2:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the England vs. Greece match originally scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 2:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, often incorporating information and analysis beyond what's readily available to traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbooks set initial lines based on team statistics and expert opinions, this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, potentially leading to odds that more accurately forecast the final result. Discrepancies can arise due to differing risk assessments, information access, or simply the diverse viewpoints represented within the prediction market. It’s common to see this market move independently as new information emerges and traders adjust their positions.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the probability of that score occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information surfaces, the prices adjust dynamically, providing a real-time assessment of the likely outcome. The market’s efficiency relies on the active participation of informed traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the final score. This creates a fluid and responsive pricing system.
This market resolves around Oct 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the England vs. Greece match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the official result published by the governing football association. Any disputes regarding the official score will be resolved using widely accepted sources of sports data. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the resolution date approaches.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either England or Greece would likely cause shifts in the odds. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather forecasts for the match day could also influence trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other qualifying matches impacting team motivation or strategic decisions could also play a role. Major news events or public statements from influential figures related to the teams could also move the market.
