On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its shares will climb. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards a different outcome, its share price will increase while the others decrease. This creates a dynamic pricing system driven by the collective intelligence of the market participants.
This market resolves around Nov 2, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Emets vs. Osadchyi match as reported by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against trusted sources to ensure accuracy and determine the winning outcome. Traders who correctly predicted the result will be paid out according to their share holdings at the time of resolution, while those who predicted incorrectly will forfeit their stake.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding the players’ form, injuries, or changes in their coaching staff could significantly impact the perceived probabilities. Unexpected announcements about match conditions, venue changes, or even weather forecasts could also cause shifts in sentiment. Publicly available analysis from sports experts, pre-match interviews, and even social media discussions can all contribute to changes in the market price. A strong performance by either player in a preceding match is another signal that could move this market.
