The markets include a wide range of possible scores, as well as an 'Any Other Score' option to cover outcomes not explicitly listed. Resolution depends on the official match result.
In the upcoming La Liga game between Elche CF and RC Celta de Vigo, scheduled for October 11, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Elche CF vs. RC Celta de Vigo match originally scheduled for October 11, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found for this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while prediction markets are driven by actual money at stake, incentivizing accurate predictions. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly diverges from expert opinion. Examining both sources provides a more comprehensive understanding of the probabilities surrounding the Elche vs. Celta match outcome and can reveal where the 'crowd' disagrees with conventional wisdom.
Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Price discrepancies between Polymarket and Predict for the Elche vs. Celta match outcome can arise from several factors. Each platform attracts different user bases with varying risk appetites and information sets. Trading volume is currently lower on this market, which can amplify price differences due to smaller order sizes having a larger impact. Furthermore, the algorithms and user interfaces on Polymarket and Predict may influence how traders interpret information and express their predictions. These factors contribute to the dynamic pricing observed across different prediction markets.
