In the upcoming Egypt Egyptian Premier League game between El Gouna SC and Smouha SC, scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the El Gouna SC vs. Smouha SC match originally scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market is entirely driven by supply and demand; there are no external factors influencing the pricing beyond the actions of traders on Polymarket.

Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions could significantly impact perceived probabilities. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from sports analysts, weather conditions on match day, and even public sentiment expressed on social media could all contribute to changes in the market. A surprising result in a similar match involving either team could also cause traders to reassess their positions and adjust their bets.
