Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
All platforms resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 18, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations across Polymarket and Kalshi.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Bundesliga statistics and governing body records, with fallback to credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only, excluding extra time and penalties.
Exactly one of three markets will resolve YES: Frankfurt Win, Draw, or Leipzig Win, corresponding to the actual match result.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Frankfurt Win and Leipzig Win resolve NO, while Draw resolves YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the rescheduled match is completed.
Cancellation Without Makeup: If the match is canceled with no makeup game scheduled, Frankfurt Win and Leipzig Win resolve NO, while the Draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Timing: Official Bundesliga statistics are the primary source. If not published within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used instead.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Bundesliga or governing body, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus.
