Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. Analyzing these differences can be valuable for informed decision-making, though it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities, not guarantees of the final outcome.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores, and the price of each share reflects the market's current assessment of its probability. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to find an equilibrium point where buyers and sellers are willing to transact. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand, influenced by factors such as news, team form, and expert analysis.
