Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and risk management, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment shifts. Comparing the odds can be a useful exercise for informed decision-making, but remember that each represents a distinct form of forecasting.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of the market participants. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its corresponding contract will rise. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to provide a real-time assessment of probabilities as perceived by the crowd.

This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the West Ham vs QPR match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider. The platform will then determine the winning contract and distribute payouts accordingly. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how this market will settle.

Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions could significantly shift trader sentiment. Match previews, expert analysis, and even public opinion expressed on social media can also play a role. Furthermore, in-game events during the match itself, such as early goals or red cards, would likely cause rapid price adjustments. Monitoring these signals can help you understand potential shifts in the market before Oct 10, 2026.
