Frequently asked questions

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to be accurate. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly deviates from the sportsbook's initial assessment. It’s common to see this market move independently of sportsbook lines as new information emerges or public opinion shifts regarding the West Brom vs Birmingham match.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the current probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are constantly adjusting their positions based on news, analysis, and their own insights, leading to dynamic price fluctuations. The more a particular outcome is bought, the higher its price rises, and vice-versa, creating a real-time assessment of the event’s potential results.

This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the result of the West Brom vs Birmingham match is verifiable from credible public reporting.
