This market determines which team will lead after the first period of an NHL hockey game between Edmonton and San Jose. The outcome depends solely on the performance during the initial 20 minutes of play, reflecting early-game momentum rather than the full match result. It captures the fast-paced start of the contest, offering insight into which team dominates the opening frame.
The event resolves based on which team leads after the first period of the Edmonton versus San Jose NHL game scheduled for October 10, 2026. If either Edmonton or San Jose secures the lead during the first period, the respective market for that team resolves to Yes. If the game ends the first period in a tie, the Tie market resolves to Yes. All markets consider only goals scored during the first period. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain active and resolve based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
