Description

This event tracks how many goals are scored in the first period of an NHL hockey game between Edmonton and New Jersey. The outcome depends on whether the combined total exceeds specific thresholds. Any changes to the game's schedule or cancellation will affect how and when the result is determined.

Kalshi

The event evaluates multiple markets based on the total number of goals scored by both teams in the first period of the Edmonton vs New Jersey NHL game scheduled for Nov 3, 2026. Each market has a different threshold for resolution: scoring more than 0.5 goals resolves the first market to Yes, more than 1.5 goals resolves the second market to Yes, and more than 2.5 goals resolves the third market to Yes. All markets share the same secondary rules: if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price. Overtime goals in the third period are excluded from consideration for these markets.
